Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct needs-based interviews
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and technology
- Educate customers on purchase and lease options
- Use consultative selling to match customers with the right vehicle
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Prospect, network, and set appointments
- Use CRM tools to follow up and build repeat and referral business
- Complete required GM online training
- Work closely with sales management to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours and every other Saturday (until 3pm)
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus — but we will train the right person with the right attitude
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
