Help Launch the Future of Aerospace Manufacturing in Mendota Heights!

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is opening a state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing facility in Mendota Heights—and we’re looking for an Automation Maintenance Technician who wants to be part of something from day one.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across automated equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize uptime
• Document maintenance activity within our CMMS system
• Help establish and maintain a critical spare-parts inventory strategy
• Support startup activities, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Expand your skills through ongoing training, certifications, and exposure to advanced automation technologies

Requirements

• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Technology, Electronics, Millwright, or Instrumentation & Controls (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs (especially Allen-Bradley systems)
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Comfort working with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A proactive mindset and desire to help shape maintenance systems in a new facility
