Automation Engineer

About the role

The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using PLCs, SCADA systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure system integration and functionality.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document project specifications, designs, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
• Experience with industrial automation tools and software such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Rockwell Automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
