Automatic Door Technician

About the role

You will work on a variety of automatic door systems, including revolving, sliding, folding, and swinging doors. If you have mechanical and electrical aptitude and experience with access control, hollow metal, or auto doors, this role may be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware, including swinging, sliding, bi-folding, and revolving doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• AAADM Certification required
