Automated Cutting Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate automated cutting machines to produce high-quality garments.
• Follow detailed instructions and ensure product accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Work in a clean, quiet, and air-conditioned environment.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with industrial sewing machines and/or automated cutting systems preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay

Annual compensation range $39,000 to $55,000. Range includes highly regarded Health and Dental Insurance package ($11,000 - $25,000 annually depending on individual/insurance needs) and value of benefits below.

Schedule

Full time positions are first shift only (production hours are 6:30am-3:00pm).
