Autograph & P.O. Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis of primarily sticker autographs post-quality control before data entry into Cards-in Reporting base
• Completes data entry into Cards-in Reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all athletes
• EFFECTIVELY communicates with Athlete Partnership teams to create Purchase Orders when autographs are ready to be received in Oracle ERP
• Conducts sticker autograph assessments across entire product portfolio and communicates to Brand teams when products are analyzed, and sticker autograph available quantities and shortages are identified

Requirements

• Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or a relatable field, required
• 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse or production environments, specifically related to inventory management or quality control
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP's, strongly preferred
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods of time
