Duties

  • Interviewing clients to identify their wants and needs
  • Demonstrating our new and pre-owned vehicles and their features
  • Working with the team to provide a solutions based approach to successful transactions
  • High level communication with internal and external customers in a clear and transparent manner
  • Proper follow up and prospecting for clients that reach out to us in person, text, email, and phone
  • Training in Chevrolet products, dealership sales processes, procedures, and systems
  • Other duties as necessary
