Responsibilities
- Assess customers' vehicle needs with precision.
- Provide recommendations and schedule appointments.
- Communicate with customers over the phone or in person, guiding them through the repair process and addressing their questions and concerns confidently.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great phone skills.
- Knowledge of multiple tire brands (training provided).
- Experience in other successful tire and auto repair stores is a plus.
- Helpful knowledge of Identifix and similar software.
- Industry certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
- Commensurate with experience.
