About the role
The Auto Repair Service Coordinator will enjoy a full-time schedule, immersing themselves in the exciting world of automotive repair and customer service. Shifts will be provided upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Assess customers' vehicle needs with precision
- Provide recommendations and schedule appointments
- Communicate with customers over the phone or in person, guiding them through the repair process and addressing their questions and concerns
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great phone skills
- Knowledge of multiple tire brands (training provided)
- Experience in other successful tire and auto repair stores is a plus
- Helpful knowledge of Identifix and similar software
- Industry certifications are a plus

- Commensurate with experience
