Auto Insurance District Manager Bilingual

Responsibilities

Manages multiple locations with agents designated within a geographic zone. Screens applicants, interviews, and hires new agents. Promotes a positive attitude to ensure excellent customer service skills are being utilized when Agents are interacting with customers as well as with other team members.

• Manages staff members by setting goals, giving performance evaluations, and providing staff members with training opportunities and guidance
• Monitors agents for attendance and other disciplinary issues, such as cell phone use, personal calls, and employee performance of job function
• Creates and implements weekly work schedule for agents
• Handles any escalated customer service issues that may arise
• Directs and observes Agents to ensure performance of tasks and customer service levels are being met

Qualifications

Insurance Producer License and Life Insurance License are preferred.

Schedule

Weekly day range: Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends and weekends as needed.
