Auto Claims Desk Adjuster Hybrid - Liberty Lake, WA

Location: Liberty Lake, WA (Must reside within 50 miles of our office)

Hybrid Role: Minimum 2 days per month in office. Additional in-person training required for first 6 months.

About the role

As a licensed claims adjuster, you will fulfill the promise we made to our customers when they purchased their policy by working with those who have been in an auto accident and need our help. In this role, you will guide our insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, managing many moving pieces with strong organizational skills and time management. You will engage customers who have just been in an accident, requiring empathy, problem-solving, and a passion for service.

Paid training and licensing are included—no prior claims experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the auto claims process from start to finish.
• Manage multiple aspects of claims, including critical thinking and resource utilization in a virtual environment.
• Represent the Liberty brand, delivering on our promise with integrity and customer-centricity.
• Adapt to different work environments (office or home) and varying customer needs.
• Utilize multiple systems to handle and process claims in a structured, paperless work environment.

Requirements

• Engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to seek answers independently.
• Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking capabilities.
• General understanding of claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
• Must be a U.S.-based employee.
