Requirements
- Experience as an Auto Body Technician, Paint Technician, Collision Repair Technician, RV Technician, or Marine Technician
- Strong skills in paint preparation, spray painting, refinishing, fiberglass repair, and body repair
- Experience with gelcoat repair is a plus
- Experience in cabinetry, finish carpentry, remodeling, flooring installation, upholstery, or other hands-on trades is highly desirable
- Ability to complete both cosmetic and structural repairs
- Familiarity with RV systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances, slide-outs, etc.) is a bonus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a shop environment
Qualifications
We value craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We're willing to train the right candidate on RV-specific systems if you have strong automotive paint and body experience.
