The Auto Body Paint Technician position is 100 % commission‑based, allowing you to run your own business while delivering high‑quality automotive reconditioning services.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high‑quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, ranging from paint touch‑ups to full‑surface repairs.
• Use advanced spray equipment and proven techniques to prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• 5 + years of hands‑on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self‑motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lb.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay

This position is commission‑based with uncapped earning potential. First‑year earning potential is $50,000 – $75,000; long‑term earning potential ranges from $70,000 – $150,000+ annually. The starting compensation is expected to be $50,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
