Fred Beans CARSTAR in Mechanicsburg has moved to a bigger facility and is looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator. The shop offers steady work, strong insurance relationships, I-CAR Gold certification, and factory-certified partnerships. All locations have I-CAR and factory-trained technicians for high-quality repairs.

About the role

Our experienced estimators can earn over $100,000 annually and should be outgoing and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service in the industry
• Perform body shop estimating with a customer-focused approach

Requirements

• Valid PA Appraisers license
• 5 years of body shop estimating experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Qualifications

• CCC1 Estimating program experience is a plus

Schedule

8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Earning potential over $100,000 annually
