Auto Biller Full Time - Experienced

About the role

Mercedes‑Benz of Rockville Centre is seeking an experienced Full‑Time Automotive Biller. The ideal candidate has at least one year of automotive dealership experience, strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bill new and used car deliveries.
• Oversee processing of all dealership state paperwork and submit on time.
• Break down deal and package funding contracts.
• Post deals.
• Maintain titles and MSO’s for new and used inventory.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles.
• Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Verify mandatory.
• Auto billing experience (Tekion is a plus but not required).
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform job responsibilities easily.
• Detailed follow‑up.
• Professional appearance.
• Proactive attitude toward job responsibilities, career growth, and daily development.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Compliance with DMV regulations and dealership policies.
• Team player.

Schedule

Weekend availability is required; the role includes working every other Saturday.
