Autism Technician

About the role

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) in Raleigh, NC, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Autism Technicians to join our collaborative and supportive team. Responsibilities

• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Help clients with day-to-day activities and social interactions.
• Record and collect data on clients' progress.
• Communicate with clients' families.

Requirements

• Willingness to provide care in various community settings.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn.
• Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided.

Pay

$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Part‑time, Monday–Friday, 12 pm – 4 pm (20 hours per week).
