To help authors win—again and again. As an Author Success Coach at SelfPublishing.com, your mission is simple yet powerful: drive real results and long-term success for our authors. You’ll guide them through their publishing journey, helping them hit milestones, launch with excellence, and build momentum for years to come.
What You’ll Do
- Coach authors to success: Provide exceptional, high-quality coaching that helps authors achieve their goals and hit 10+ success checkpoints per month.
- Host launch calls (8+ per month): Guide authors through best-in-class book launches that drive visibility, impact, and profit.
- Be the bridge to results: Collaborate closely with our Coaching, Author Success, and Community teams to help authors publish, get noticed, and stay profitable.
- Continuously improve: Recommend curriculum updates, enhance our coaching program, and identify standout author stories to feature each quarter.
- Champion renewals: Help authors see such incredible results that they can’t wait to keep working with us.

The Role

Qualifications
- 2+ years of coaching and/or strategic business or consulting experience
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
Bonus Points
- A background in business, consulting, or sales
- Experience as a published author (or the dream to become one!)
