Austin 21 (Bee Cave) eStores - Lead - Curbside - Part time

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup to department manager in their absence, typically works opposite shift to manager
• Coordinate department activities in the absence of the Manager
• Review / maintain retail control paperwork for eCommerce
• Provide feedback on current process and procedures for future needs of the business
• Communicate with Manager or Store Leadership on any issues or concerns as they arise
• Supervise, coach, develop, and train eCommerce team; supervise Partners in absence of Dept Manager
• In absence of Manager, discuss / help resolve opportunities with other Dept Managers, Delivery Providers, and offsite fulfillment leaders
• Build relationships; foster teamwork
• Provide on-the-spot feedback, guidance, and praise to Partners performing assigned tasks
• Review submitted orders; help coordinate proper allocation of resources to insure accurate and on-time completion
