About the role
The Auditor position involves conducting financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a strong background in accounting, finance, and auditing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to address issues and improve internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing or financial analysis.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with financial software and databases.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
- Understanding of federal, state, and local accounting standards.

Pay
