About the role
The Auditor position involves conducting financial audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial audits to evaluate the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Identify areas of non-compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Proficiency in auditing software (e.g., ACL, Hyperion).
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
