Responsibilities

• Lead and develop audit and assurance (A&A) associates.
• Manage client relationships with a focus on superior client service.
• Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred).
• Active CPA certification and license.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Pay

Salary range: $137,500–$198,000. Individual salaries are determined by role, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
