Responsibilities
- Lead and develop audit and assurance (A&A) associates.
- Manage client relationships with a focus on superior client service.
- Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred).
- Active CPA certification and license.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Pay
Salary range: $137,500–$198,000. Individual salaries are determined by role, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
