Audit Senior Manager – Affordable Housing

Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee complex audits.
- Review workpapers and common files.
- Resolve significant client issues.
- Handle billing and engagement management, including communication, tracking, and oversight.
- Fill gaps within the engagement team.
- Actively participate in firm initiatives.
- Prepare and review 10% certifications, contractor and owner's certifications, and Debt Coverage Ratios (DCR).
- May participate in recruiting activities, such as attending job fairs or conducting interviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
- Affordable housing or Real Estate Development experience within Public Accounting.
- CPA certification (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience within Public Accounting.
