What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion
- Manage higher-risk and more complex areas of engagements
- Provide thoughtful analysis and insight
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Work directly with clients to address issues as they arise
- Apply professional standards to real-world situations
- Help ensure conclusions are well-supported and clearly documented

What You Bring
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Project management experience in a public accounting environment
- Ability to supervise, review, and develop the work of others
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2+ years of public accounting audit experience (or equivalent relevant industry experience)
Preferred
- CPA (or progress toward certification)
- Experience in the government audit space
