About the role
The Senior Accountant is a key member of the professional client service team, becoming more involved in accounting, auditing, and tax engagements. The role has primary responsibility for carrying out all fieldwork during an engagement while establishing direct working relationships with client management and developing supervisory experience. The incumbent must produce accurate and organized workpaper schedules and other written and oral communications.
This position is available in our Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster office and offers a flexible, hybrid work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting
- CPA license preferred but not required
- Three to five years of related experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of operating systems
- Self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment

Pay
Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $80,000 and $100,000. Additionally, the firm offers a generous incentive program and various other bonus opportunities which reward exceptional performance.
