Audit Manager / Staff Auditor

About the role

A leading full-service accounting firm seeks a CPA or CPA-eligible professional with strong external audit experience in public accounting to join their growing audit team. The ideal candidate will work with clients across diverse industries including healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and the arts.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients across diverse industries including healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and the arts
• Conduct public accounting audits according to GAAP and GAS (where applicable)
• Provide guidance on ERISA and governmental audits
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Active CPA license (or CPA-eligible for Staff Auditor)
• Public accounting audit experience
• Proficiency in GAAP & GAAS (GAS is a plus)
• Strong communication, client-facing & organizational skills
