Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple auditing projects and client engagements.
- Effectively communicate with partners, staff, and clients regarding expectations, engagement status, and other matters.
- Take an active role in marketing firm services to generate new business.
- Continuously foster relationships with coworkers and clients.
- Energetically manage, coach, and develop staff accountants.
Requirements
- Developed specialties in non-profit.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Licensed CPA.
- 5+ years of experience working for a public accounting firm.
Skills
- Analytical skills related to financial statements and other financial information.
- Effective written and verbal communication with clients and coworkers.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently.
Pay
$121,000 - $148,000 a year
