Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple auditing projects and client engagements.
  • Effectively communicate with partners, staff, and clients regarding expectations, engagement status, and other matters.
  • Take an active role in marketing firm services to generate new business.
  • Continuously foster relationships with coworkers and clients.
  • Energetically manage, coach, and develop staff accountants.

Requirements

  • Developed specialties in non-profit.
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Licensed CPA.
  • 5+ years of experience working for a public accounting firm.

Skills

  • Analytical skills related to financial statements and other financial information.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with clients and coworkers.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently.

Pay

$121,000 - $148,000 a year
