Position Profile

Weaver is looking for an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join our dynamic Financial Services team focusing on investment funds, specifically, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Real Estate clients.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with firm leadership, actively contributing to business development initiatives and supporting key firm administration functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Active CPA license
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience or its equivalent
  • Experience in alternative investment funds audits such Venture Capital, Private Equity and Real Estate funds
  • Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Senior Associates and Associates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field
  • Strong communication and engagement management skills
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
  • Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients

Compensation and Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
