Responsibilities
- Client relationship management with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
- Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
- Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
- Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
- Continuing to learn the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
- Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
- Experience in external audit working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, & Fintech clients.
- Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
Qualifications
- Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or being able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
- Professional interaction with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues.
- Multi-tasking ability to plan, execute, and wrap up various engagements concurrently.
- Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks.
