Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
  • Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
  • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
  • Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
  • Experience in external audit working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, & Fintech clients.
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Qualifications

  • Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or being able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
  • Interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
  • Multi-tasking ability to plan, execute, and wrap up various engagements concurrently.
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks.

Skills

While not exhaustive, the following skills are desirable:

  • Knowledge of financial services industry verticals including Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, & Fintech.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
  • Experience leading teams and providing performance feedback.
  • Ability to anticipate and address client concerns.
  • Experience promoting new ideas and business solutions.

Pay

$91,400.00 - $186,900.00 per year

Schedule

Full-time or seasonal work arrangement options available.
