The Audit Leadership Accelerator (ALA) Program is a two-year rotational experience designed for professionals who want more than a traditional audit role. You'll gain exposure across Finance, Operations, Technology & Cybersecurity, and Healthcare, while developing the leadership skills to grow within a global organization.

About the role

This program is ideal for individuals with 3–7 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Accounting, Consulting, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field, looking to accelerate their leadership career.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through diverse audit functions across Finance, Operations, Technology & Cybersecurity, and Healthcare.
• Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
• Gain a broad perspective to prepare for future leadership roles within a global organization.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Accounting, Consulting, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Must be located in Atlanta or willing to self-relocate.
