The Role We are seeking an Audit Engineer to serve as a critical bridge between customers and the product. You’ll work directly with professional services firms as they evaluate, implement, and scale the company’s AI-powered platform across their teams. You’ll develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, help organizations successfully adopt the technology, and translate real-world challenges into meaningful product improvements. This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering. You’ll partner closely with customers, product leadership, and engineers to ensure the platform solves the problems that matter most. What You’ll Do Lead customer workflow discovery throughout implementationsServe as a trusted advisor to customers during onboarding and adoptionRun regular customer check-ins and manage ongoing communicationsSupport pilot engagements and new product rolloutsTranslate customer pain points into actionable product feedbackCreate and manage product and engineering requests, ensuring customer needs are tracked through resolutionPartner closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needsIdentify opportunities to improve implementation playbooks and internal processesHelp customers redesign existing workflows to take advantage of AI-powered automation Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, managers, and end users at customer organizations What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of audit or assurance experienceCPA preferredExperience at a Big 4 or Top 25 accounting firm Strong understanding of audit methodology and client workflowsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong project management abilitiesComfortable managing multiple customer engagements simultaneouslyCurious about technology and excited about AI’s potential to transform professional workflows High-ownership mentality and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment Preferred Experience Experience with audit technology or workflow automation toolsExperience implementing enterprise softwareExposure to AI, data analytics, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, or process automation Experience leading innovation or transformation initiativesPrevious customer-facing, implementation, or consulting experience Prior startup experience is not required, but you should be excited to work with urgency, embrace ambiguity, and contribute to building processes within a growing organization.
