About the Role

This position serves as an Audit and Adjustment Coordinator for a multibillion-dollar specialty pharmaceutical distributor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit condition records and listings ensuring all fields are entered accurately
  • Audit pricing agreements ensuring adherence to the contract pricing, terms, and customer eligibility
  • Create and manage customer credit/rebill adjustments resulting from contract price or discount price discrepancies
  • Work with suppliers and pricing team members to resolve any discrepancies
  • Compile any data requested for price validation purposes
  • Identify and implement efficiencies through process improvements and/or systems enhancements
  • Communicate to the appropriate teams when changes are made that will affect the following processes: order entry, accounts receivable, pricing, or reporting
  • Adhere specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Audit and Adjustment Coordinator include:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and listings
  • Ensure compliance with contractual arrangements and terms
  • Resolve discrepancies between pricing and contract terms
  • Manage customer credit and rebill adjustments
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and systems
  • Communicate changes affecting processes to relevant teams
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive work environment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Report incidents and hazards promptly

Requirements

The requirements for this role include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in contracts administration or a directly related audit field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sound decision-making abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers/managers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Desire and ability to take on new responsibilities and tasks
  • Understanding of and ability to interpret written contracts
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Qualifications
