About the role
The Audiology Assistant supports licensed audiologists in delivering high-quality patient care and efficient day-to-day clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Support licensed audiologists by assisting with patient care activities
- Perform hearing screening, tympanometry, and non-diagnostic tests on adults and children
- Manage hearing aids, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs on hearing aid devices and ear molds
- Educate patients on hearing aid care, use, and maintenance
- Schedule appointments and support patient flow
- Assist with inventory management and equipment sanitation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- National Certification (C-AA) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- 500 to 1,000 hours of supervised patient services preferred
- Completion of coursework in ethics, safety, and confidentiality preferred

Pay
The base salary range for this position is between the low and high end of Specialty Care Networks’ salary range. Exact salary will depend on factors including geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor, and education/training.
