We need to output only HTML fragment. Must include sections only when real content. We have Compensation, Location, Workplace Setting, Position Summary, About Cardone Ventures, SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE, OBJECTIVES, COMPETENCIES, Education And Experience, 10X TOTAL REWARDS, Physical Requirements, COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY (but we must remove EEO boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY section as it's EEO boilerplate. Also remove application instructions lines like "If this position caught your eye, send us your resume! ..." Also remove duplicated lines (the diversity statement appears twice). Also remove "Workplace Setting: Fully Onsite" maybe we can include as part of a paragraph? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Compensation: $65,000 - 75,000 annually - Location: Scottsdale, AZ - Workplace Setting: Fully Onsite - Position Summary (paragraph) - About Cardone Ventures (paragraph) - SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (list of bullet-like sentences) - OBJECTIVES (list) - COMPETENCIES (list) - Education And Experience (list) - 10X TOTAL REWARDS (list of benefits) - Physical Requirements (list) - Possibly "Must be available to work 2–3 weekends per month with compensatory days off during the week." (that's schedule info) - Also "Must be on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office; this is not a remote role" (already location) - Also "Frequent standing, walking, and bending..." etc. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use: - About the role: could combine Position Summary and About Cardone Ventures? Or separate? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections as appropriate. We have compensation: we can put under Pay section. Schedule: we have weekend work requirement. Benefits: we have 10X TOTAL REWARDS list. Responsibilities: could be OBJECTIVES? Or SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE? Actually OBJECTIVES are like responsibilities. We'll treat OBJECTIVES as Responsibilities. Requirements: Education And Experience. Qualifications/Skills: COMPETENCIES could be Skills. We also have Physical Requirements maybe could be under Requirements? But we could add a separate section? Not in allowed headings list. But we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could include Physical Requirements under Requirements as a list. We also have Workplace Setting and Location: maybe we can include in a short

at top (metadata). Not a heading. We must not include empty sections. Thus output:

Location: Scottsdale, AZ • Workplace Setting: Fully Onsite

    Then

    About the role

with Position Summary paragraph and About Cardone Ventures paragraph? Could combine two paragraphs. Then

    Responsibilities

    with
    • for each OBJECTIVE bullet. Then

      Requirements

      with
      • for Education And Experience items plus Physical Requirements items. Then

        Skills

        with
        • for COMPETENCIES items. Then

          Benefits

          with
          • for 10X TOTAL REWARDS items. Then

            Pay

            with

            Compensation: $65,000 - 75,000 annually

            Then

            Schedule

            with

Must be available to work 2–3 weekends per month with compensatory days off during the week.

We must ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we list each item once. Let's extract items. Position Summary: "The AV Technician plays a vital role in delivering a seamless, high-quality audiovisual experience during live events, internal meetings, and digital productions. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be flexible, solution-oriented, and capable of managing live AV systems with confidence and professionalism. Must be available to work 2–3 weekends per month with compensatory days off during the week." But we moved schedule to separate Schedule section. So we might remove that sentence from Position Summary? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we remove it, we lose info. Better to keep it in Position Summary and also have Schedule section? That would duplicate. We could keep schedule info in Position Summary and not have separate Schedule section, but we have schedule info as a separate heading maybe. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine schedule into Position Summary. But we also have a Pay section separate. We could keep schedule in Position Summary and not create Schedule heading. However we have a clear schedule statement; we could make a Schedule section but then we would duplicate if we also keep it in Position Summary. To avoid duplication, we could remove the schedule sentence from Position Summary and put it under Schedule. But then we lose that sentence from Position Summary; but we can keep the rest of Position Summary without that sentence. That's okay as we preserve all info by moving it. Thus Position Summary paragraph: "The AV Technician plays a vital role in delivering a seamless, high-quality audiovisual experience during live events, internal meetings, and digital productions. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be flexible, solution-oriented, and capable of managing live AV systems with confidence and professionalism." Schedule section: "

Must be available to work 2–3 weekends per month with compensatory days off during the week.

" Now About Cardone Ventures paragraph: "Our mission is to help business owners achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the growth of their businesses. Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are inspirational, disciplined, accountable, transparent, aligned, and results oriented. Now SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: list of sentences: - Events consistently run with zero AV disruptions, creating a world-class experience for clients and attendees - AV systems are maintained in optimal condition, with minimal downtime and proactive troubleshooting - The AV Technician is a trusted, go-to team member known for reliability, professionalism, and high execution standards These could be part of Responsibilities or maybe we could incorporate into Responsibilities as well. But we already have OBJECTIVES list. To avoid too many sections, we could merge SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE into Responsibilities as additional bullets. But we must preserve all info. We'll include them under Responsibilities. OBJECTIVES list: - Ensure flawless execution of live audio and video systems, including consoles, switchers, projectors, LED walls, and cameras during events. - Quickly diagnose and resolve real-time technical issues with minimal disruption to event flow or production quality. - Prepare, configure, and test all AV equipment to ensure operational integrity prior to all events and productions. - Disassemble, inspect, and maintain AV equipment post-event to ensure longevity and reliability. - Guarantee all AV elements meet Cardone Ventures’ quality standards and visual/audio branding expectations. - Support live streaming and recording workflows, ensuring smooth output for in-person and remote attendees. - Maintain detailed documentation of setups and manage inventory of AV equipment, cables, and accessories. - Work closely with producers, content teams, and facility staff to align technical execution with creative intent. - Follow safety protocols and secure AV installations to prevent accidents and damage. - Stay up to date with AV technology trends and bring forward recommendations for improvement. COMPETENCIES list: - Expert troubleshooting of audio, video, and signal-routing issues under pressure. - Proficiency with audio consoles, microphones, in-ear monitors, and speaker systems in a live environment. - Skilled in operating ATEM, Tricaster, and Streamdeck systems for real-time video switching. - Strong understanding of AV signal paths and routing (HDMI, SDI, XLR, Dante, NDI). - Ability to execute AV setups accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. - Remains composed and solution-focused during last-minute changes and high-stress moments. - Works effectively with cross-functional teams and communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders. - Ensures polished, consistent presentation of AV elements aligned with brand standards. - Maintains professionalism and responsiveness in front of clients, owners, and executives. - Anticipates technical needs and prevents issues before they arise. Education And Experience: - High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in AV, broadcasting, or related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in live AV production, broadcast, or corporate event support. - Experience with AV equipment such as Blackmagic Design, Sennheiser, Audio mixers.. - Familiarity with MacOS and Windows platforms, plus experience with Tricaster, OBS, or vMix is beneficial. Physical Requirements: - Frequent standing, walking, and bending during equipment setup and breakdown - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs - Comfortable working on ladders and elevated platforms - Ability to work in dim lighting, loud environments, and fast-paced event conditions - May require occasional travel for off-site event support - Must be on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office; this is not a remote role But we already have location and workplace setting earlier; we could keep physical requirements but note the on-site requirement is duplicate. We'll keep physical requirements but maybe remove the duplicate on-site line? However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep it but it's duplicate of earlier metadata. Might be okay but we could remove duplicate to avoid redundancy. The instruction: Remove duplicated lines. So we should remove the duplicate "Must be on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office; this is not a remote role" from Physical Requirements list because we already have location and workplace setting. We'll keep the rest. Now Benefits list (10X TOTAL REWARDS): - Medical, dental, and vision (employee + dependents) - 401(k) with up to 3% company match - Parental leave: 8 weeks fully paid (primary caregiver) / 4 weeks fully paid (secondary) + 1 month remote for both - Vacation and sick
