Audio Visual Technician 1
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
First, we have an introductory paragraph about SNHU, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" is not exactly but we can treat as "About the role". The posting includes "Position Summary" which is description of role. That could be under "About the role" or "Responsibilities". But we need to follow instructions: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- Position Summary (description of role) -> could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The "Primary Duties And Responsibilities" is a list of duties. So we can have a "Responsibilities" section with that list.
- "What We're Looking For" includes experience, education, certification, specialized knowledge, skills, abilities, other characteristics. That could be broken into "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills". The posting includes "What We're Looking For" then bullet-like paragraphs: 2 years of experience..., Bachelor's degree..., Professional Certification(s): Extron AV Associate, ITIL Foundations, Specialized Knowledge..., Skills..., Abilities..., Other Characteristics...
We need to map to sections: Requirements (maybe experience and education), Qualifications (certifications?), Skills (proficiency with tools), maybe Abilities could be part of Skills or separate but we only have headings list; we can include Skills and maybe Qualifications.
We also have Compensation (Pay) and Benefits sections.
We have location: Manchester, NH. That could be minor metadata; we can put in a short
maybe under About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation request, etc. The posting includes accommodation request paragraph at end; we should remove that. Also remove "We believe real innovation comes from inclusion..." etc? That's maybe boilerplate but it's about inclusion; could be considered EEO? It's not exactly EEO but it's a diversity statement; might be considered boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The inclusion statement could be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate; better to remove it. Also the accommodation request paragraph should be removed. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to extract: - About the role: maybe a brief paragraph summarizing the role: The Audio Visual Support Technician I provides hands-on technical support for audio visual, multimedia, and distance education technologies across SNHU's academic, workplace etc. Could combine Position Summary and maybe location. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "Primary Duties And Responsibilities". That's a long paragraph with sentences separated by periods. We need to turn into
- items. Each duty is a sentence; we can split by periods that end a sentence. Ensure we keep all details.
- Requirements: maybe "2 years of experience. Relevant experience must include a background in AV and complex live event production. Experience should also reflect successful demonstration of people skills (collaborative leadership, team player) and soft-skills (highly organized, effective communicator, results-oriented.)" Also Bachelor's degree in Audio Visual or related technical field; Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: Yes. Professional Certification(s): Extron AV Associate, ITIL Foundations. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll decide.
- Qualifications: maybe certifications and specialized knowledge? But we have "Specialized Knowledge" section after that. Could be under Qualifications.
- Skills: list of proficiencies: Proficiency with common multimedia and content tools..., Proficiency with Microsoft Office..., Proficiency supporting Windows and macOS/iOS..., Proficiency with projector and display technologies..., Experience creating clear written documentation..., Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams..., Experience managing multiple work requests simultaneously...
- Abilities: maybe could be included under Skills or separate but we don't have a heading for Abilities; we could incorporate into Skills or maybe under Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections; maybe we merge Abilities into Skills.
- Other Characteristics: could be merged into Skills or Qualifications.
- Pay: Compensation section: hourly pay range $21.72 - $34.77, actual offer based on..., target hiring range $24.02 - $32.49. That's specific; we should include Pay section.
- Benefits: list of benefits: High-quality, low-deductible medical insurance, Low to no-cost dental and vision plans, 5 weeks of paid time off (plus almost a dozen paid holidays), Employer-funded retirement, Free tuition program, Parental leave, Mental health and wellbeing resources. That's specific; include Benefits.
- Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info; so we omit Schedule section.
- Location: we can include a short
maybe under About the role: "Location: Manchester, NH". Or we could include as a separate short paragraph but not as heading. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus final HTML:
