Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for running an AV project crew and will assume responsibility for effective performance and provide necessary training.
- Responsible for adhering to the company’s and client’s safety guidelines.
- Covers productivity, job completion, and compliance with budget by coordinating with the project manager.
- Serves as the main on-site customer contact for questions and/or concerns.
- Consistently demonstrates a detailed level of technical knowledge and resolves technical issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 5 years of AV installation experience.
- Able to read and implement construction and signal flow drawings.
- High standards of workmanship on cabling, lacing, soldering, and crimping.
- Able to test completed systems fully for both engineering specifications and operational functionality.
- Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they arise.
- Network cabling is a plus.
- CTS certifications are a plus.
- Familiar with Extron, Crestron, AMX, and Audio DSP Systems, manufacturer’s certifications are a plus.
