Audio/Visual IT Student Worker

Job Description

This entry to mid-level position supports Audio Visual (AV) operations across campus, including setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment for events, classrooms, and campus productions. Responsibilities also include assisting with live sound, lighting, video recording, projection, and livestreaming when needed.

Requirements

• This is an on-site position.
• Interest in and willingness to learn AV technology, including audio mixers, cameras, projectors, and software like ProPresenter or ATEM.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions, troubleshoot under pressure, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude when interacting with faculty, staff, and guests.
• Dependable in working a set schedule as assigned.
