General Responsibilities
- Work independently and with a team on project-based installations and service calls.
- Complete daily tasks, procedures, and documentation assigned.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Show professionalism, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Be hardworking, computer proficient, have a clean driving record, and be a team player.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Perform complex audio/video installs, setups, and calibrations.
- Design control systems and theater room installations.
- Troubleshoot both simple and complex systems.
- Design, install, and set up advanced networking and data systems.
- Program advanced systems.
- Support legacy and third-party products and systems.
- Understand multi-room systems and setups.
- Have advanced understanding of security system programming and design.
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed, organized, and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work rotating on-call service schedules.
- Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing.
- Clean driving record and background check.
- Minimum of 3 years field experience.
- Solid experience with projectors, screens, displays, wiring, cabling, computer controls, rack-building, and the complete AV equipment package.
- Experience working onsite at customer's business.
