General Responsibilities

  • Work independently and with a team on project-based installations and service calls.
  • Complete daily tasks, procedures, and documentation assigned.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Show professionalism, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Be hardworking, computer proficient, have a clean driving record, and be a team player.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Perform complex audio/video installs, setups, and calibrations.
  • Design control systems and theater room installations.
  • Troubleshoot both simple and complex systems.
  • Design, install, and set up advanced networking and data systems.
  • Program advanced systems.
  • Support legacy and third-party products and systems.
  • Understand multi-room systems and setups.
  • Have advanced understanding of security system programming and design.

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed, organized, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work rotating on-call service schedules.
  • Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing.
  • Clean driving record and background check.
  • Minimum of 3 years field experience.
  • Solid experience with projectors, screens, displays, wiring, cabling, computer controls, rack-building, and the complete AV equipment package.
  • Experience working onsite at customer's business.
