Responsibilities
- Contacting clients, design or production staff, interfacing with project managers and operations staff.
- Pre-production computer work: assist in the development of show layout and design using computer software like Vector Works or SoundVision.
- On show site: operate equipment such as mixing consoles, rigging, playback equipment, and other various equipment.
- Handle the audio department’s logistics and general maintenance of assets/equipment on a daily basis in the shop.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in relevant field.
- Electrical engineering background helpful.
- Knowledge of oscilloscopes, volt meters, or source-independent measurement audio systems preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
