Stotler Hayes Group (“SHG”) seeks energetic, independent, creative, and collaborative full-time attorneys throughout the nation. Responsibilities

• Work remotely from co-working spaces or home offices throughout the country, supported by paralegals and operations staff located in the firm’s brick and mortar office in South Carolina.
• Partner with health care providers to resolve complex Medicaid collections.
• Interact with multiple related areas of law including Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate and estate claims, guardianships, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide comprehensive training program, currently conducted virtually.
• Participate in in-person time with the team post-pandemic.

Requirements

• Prior experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate and estate claims, guardianships, and regulatory compliance.
• Passion, drive, personality, and purpose are most important.
• Tenacity, determination, and perseverance are essential skills for the day-to-day job.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate and estate claims, guardianships, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
