Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ or Bedminster, NJ (hybrid work from office).
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct well‑reasoned legal research.
- Draft pleadings, answer written discovery, and handle court hearings and trials.
- Communicate with clients, the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co‑counsel while adhering to all deadlines.
- Travel for court appearances, client meetings, and related matters as needed.
- Work out of our New Jersey offices (Mt. Laurel or Bedminster) in a hybrid capacity.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience, preferably in workers’ compensation matters.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active New Jersey bar license in good standing (required).
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in workers’ compensation law.
- Having a portable book of business is a plus.
