About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Attorney to join our growing plaintiff-side Workers Compensation practice. This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys advocating for clients, managing cases independently, and working in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in Workers Compensation matters from intake through resolution.
• Manage an assigned caseload and develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Handle discovery, including written discovery and document review.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Experience practicing Workers Compensation, civil litigation, or a related plaintiff-side practice.

Skills

• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong case-management and organizational abilities.
