About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Attorney with a focus on Trust and Estate law. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven individual passionate about providing top-notch legal services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
  • Draft and review a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate matters.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case law to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for case management and resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and estate law, and advise clients accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, with a particular focus on estate planning.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of power of attorney regulations and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • A strong commitment to ethical legal practice and maintaining client confidentiality.

Pay

$80,000 - $140,000 per year
