About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Attorney with a focus on Trust and Estate law. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven individual passionate about providing top-notch legal services.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate matters.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case law to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for case management and resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and estate law, and advise clients accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, with a particular focus on estate planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of power of attorney regulations and processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- A strong commitment to ethical legal practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
Pay
$80,000 - $140,000 per year
