About the role

The ARC Specialist provides administrative and document production support to attorneys and administrative departments firm-wide. The role requires collaboration and cooperation with others in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and generate legal documents, pleadings, briefs, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm and court standards.
  • Manage and prioritize assigned work requests and projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Coordinate with other ARC team members and firm resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
  • Utilize and apply firm technology and software tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and work quality.
  • Adapt to varying attorney work styles, practice areas, and administrative requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ related experience at a law firm, legal department, or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional technical skills with advanced working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven proficiency using legal terminology and supporting related practice area(s).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure, detail-oriented environment using sound judgment and initiative.
  • High level of proficiency using standard office equipment, including personal computers, copiers, telephones, and transcription equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, demonstrating poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred, bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Skills

Schedule

Sunday–Tuesday and Friday–Saturday
Eastern Time (ET): 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Central Time (CT): 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Mountain Time (MT): 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pacific Time (PT): 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
