Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster - PST/MST (Remote) - National General

About the role

Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers all while working remote. Responsibilities

• Handle investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims (coverage, damages, subrogation, litigation) with the exercise of discretion and independence within increased level of authority.
• Apply intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.
• Identify customer needs and work to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
• Recognize and identify body parts of a vehicle and understand of other potential property damage.
• For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partner with assigned reps from those areas to achieve best outcome.

Compensation

Pay Transparency: Base compensation offered for this role is: Adjuster Analyst III: $21.20 — $34.69/hr, Adjuster Consultant I: $26.49 — $40.99/hr, Adjuster Consultant II: $28.03 — $43.70/hr, Adjuster Sr Consultant I: $35.82 — $50.24/hr. And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
