Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Associate Manager - National General

About the role

The Bodily Injury Team Leader manages a team of attorney-represented bodily injury adjusters supporting West Coast claims operations. This role requires availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional claims and inquiry experiences for agents through chat-based services
• Develop and execute strategies to drive strong employee performance and consistent, expert claims handling
• Maintain staffing levels and workloads
• Provide coaching and mentoring
• Participate in performance management and reviews
• Address escalated customer situations
• Support unit goal-setting
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Frequently participate in special projects as a subject matter expert
• Manage and oversee performance of vendors
• Oversee response to highly complex arbitrations and claim settlements
• Oversee the resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues
• Analyze unit reports and support the achievement of business unit objectives
• Define, analyze, and track department, section, and/or unit measures
• Review employee work quality and interactions with customers through conducting ride-alongs or sit-alongs and file reviews

Qualifications

• Bodily Injury Claims experience
• Claims Processing expertise
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $68,500.00 to $124,600.00, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes base salary, performance-based incentives, and other benefits.
