Attorney - Real Estate - Orlando

Position Summary

Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join their busy Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with commercial real estate transactions. Candidates should have significant experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex real estate contracts, easements, development agreements and such other such agreements. Experience with land use related agreements is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex real estate contracts, easements, development agreements and similar documents.
• Handling a high volume of work, prioritizing appropriately, and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Becoming an integral member of a dynamic commercial real estate and transactional practice.
• Providing client interaction and responsibility within the practice group.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with commercial real estate transactions.
• Significant experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex real estate contracts, easements, development agreements and similar documents.
• Experience with land use related agreements is a plus.
• Conscientious, extremely detail-oriented, strong organizational, analytical, negotiating and drafting skills.
• A member of the Florida bar.
