Attorney – Litigation & Business Law

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution with mentorship from experienced attorneys.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings.
• Represent clients during mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Advise business clients on legal risk, compliance, and strategic matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transactional documents.
• Assist with business entity formation, governance, and corporate matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct communication and legal counsel.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license required.
• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Experience advising business clients is preferred.
• Client-focused, collaborative, and highly organized professional.

Pay

Salary: $150,000 - $350,000 (depending on experience) with performance-based bonus opportunities.
