Attorney – Litigation

About the role

A growing real estate law firm is seeking a litigation associate attorney to join our dynamic and engaging Milwaukee litigation group. This position offers a tremendous opportunity for long-term advancement and professional development, handling a wide variety of cases including enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, construction defects, and other real estate matters. The role involves significant client contact and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters related to real estate, including enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, construction defects, and other real property issues.
• Maintain regular client contact and engage in public speaking.
• Work during business hours, with availability for some evenings and weekends for client meetings.

Requirements

• Must be admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
• 5+ years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing governmental organizations in litigation-based civil matters.
• Prior work experience must demonstrate dedication and hard work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and other sophisticated software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
