Responsibilities

Manage family law matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, and legal correspondence
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties
Conduct legal research and analysis
Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial
Attend court appearances, mediations, hearings, and trials
Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients
Maintain organized and accurate case files
Ensure all work product is completed accurately and timely

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
Licensed to practice law in Indiana
Strong communication and advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases effectively and professionally
Family law experience preferred, but not required
Senior Associate opportunities available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience
